Add support for binding to DatePicker and TimePicker

It appears caliburn.micro does not automatically bind to DatePicker and TimePicker controls from the Silverlight Toolkit for WP7 based on property name. It would be nice if it did.

Added a DatePicker convention to Caliburn.Micro for WPF and Silverlight. Unfortunately I cannot add it for WP7 because I cannot take a dependency on the toolkit. It can easily be added by the developer. Have a look at the WP7 sample to see how to add conventions.

How does this convention work? I have a DateTime property on my view model and from the logging I can see that a convention gets bound but picking dates in the DatePicker control isn't firing the setter on the view model property. I've named the DatePicker with the same name as the view model property but that's it. Am I missing something else?
